The ground floor houses a single electric bed with cot sides that can be raised, and an en-suite with a shower that can be fully accessed by wheelchair, providing easy access for anyone with mobility issues. The main bathroom is a haven of relaxation, boasting a bath, walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC. The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, equipped with a range oven, electric oven, hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and wine chiller.
