A short stroll from the property, across the river, is the delightful Pateley Bridge with its range of traditional pubs, restaurants and gift shops. For a special occasion why not head to The Yorke Arms, an 18th century coaching house situated in the beautiful Nidderdale Valley which boasts a Michelin starred restaurant? Alternatively you may wish to walk along the river to the Sportman's Arms for an early evening drink. Lace up those walking boots and discover the Nidderdale Way, which can be accessed from the doorstep, or the fascinating Brimham Rocks. Alternatively visit the majestic Fountains Abbey, a World Heritage Site.
