Enjoy stunning views through the arched window from the window seat and dining table. The country-style kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. Off the kitchen is an annex, with a separate entrance for storage and somewhere to leave muddy boots and coats. The spiral staircase with its arched window leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with quality modern fixtures and the bedrooms are well appointed with contemporary soft furnishings of a very good standard. The large master bedroom has a super-king bed, dressing table, built-in wardrobes and a seating area ideal to enjoy morning coffee whilst admiring the outlook over hills and the village. The second bedroom is warm and inviting with a lovely aspect over the garden and features a king-size bed. Outside, beside the kitchen is a patio ideal for dining alfresco and stone stairs lead up to a lovely private cottage garden with a further patio. For a wider selection of amenities, head to the nearby town of Leyburn, home to Forbidden Corner where you can explore the trails speckled with fascinating statues and buildings. For a truly relaxing afternoon, hop aboard the steam locomotive at the Leyburn Station and indulge in a scrumptious afternoon tea as you see the sights. Just a little further is Hawes, where you can learn more about rural life at the Dales Countryside Museum or pay a visit to the impressive Hardraw Force Waterfall for a peaceful moment.
