Keeper’s Cottage rests just outside the village of West Knoyle, conveniently located two miles south of the A303, on the Wiltshire side of the border with Dorset. This beautiful area enjoys stunning night skies, being one of the few areas in the UK with an International Dark Sky Reserve status, as well as being perfectly positioned on the edge of the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located on the grounds of the owner’s farmhouse, Keeper’s Cottage enjoys access to the surrounding fields and woodland, connecting you to a network of public pathways. Perfect for dog owners with walks straight from the doorstep. Experience natural beauty at any time of year here, from the neighbour’s cows grazing in the fields, wildflowers in the meadows through summer, buzzards, kites and the resident barn owl swooping overhead, and the plethora of wildlife that can be spotted. Keeper’s Cottage is perfect for those wishing to enjoy a private, relaxing retreat. With two pretty double bedrooms sleeping four guests, with both featuring en-suite bathrooms, it’s perfect for a romantic couples break. Inside you’ll find a delightful sitting room with bi-folding doors overlooking the nearby farmland, with a small sunny patio offering a super place to enjoy refreshments whilst planning your day out. Plenty of maps are provided with suggested walks for guests.
