Enveloped by some fantastic walking and cycling routes, with a fishing lake nearby and a plethora of amenities awaiting at the surrounding hamlets and villages, choose this base for your next well-earned holiday in Suffolk. Kick off your walking boots on the shoe rack in the vestibule and get ready to fully relax within the light and bright living room elevated by exposed wooden features and a toasty woodburner, which adds warmth to a cosy night in. You can rustle up a tasty meal in the well-appointed kitchen or head out to one of the local pubs or restaurants for a bite to eat. Upstairs, the king-size double bedroom overlooks the front garden and occupies a zip/link bed, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. Due to the steep, narrow staircase in the property, this cottage may not be suitable for people with mobility issues., however, a handrail has been added to the staircase. Please note: the smallholding houses some cockerels and the owners have 2 friendly labradors.
