52 Lee Road is currently undergoing an exciting extension and will be offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms from Summer 2024.
There will be two bedrooms on the ground floor and the family bathroom featuring a bath with shower over. Upstairs there will be two further bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms.
Upon entering the property, there will be a bedroom to the left and the other to the right, further along is the family bathroom. Then you will find the spacious kitchen diner and the new extended large living room perfect for all the family to relax together.
