This secluded lodge is located on the owners grounds with it's own access. There is ample parking and and enclosed garden alongside the owners large pond. The patio is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or dining outside in the summer months with full use of bbq firepit. During the winter the lodge has a beautiful wood burner to relax by after a day out exploring making this an ideal retreat whatever the time of the year. Step in to the main living area offering open plan living with a kitchen area, dining and seating with the wood burner being a real focus within the room. The property has a family bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower over, basin and WC. The two bedrooms are cosy with a double room and twin room located next to each other. Located just a few miles from the well-serviced market town of Saxmundham where there are two supermarkets, a train station and various independent shops. For those with an interest in History Orford and Framlingham Castle are a must as well as making sure you visit Sutton Hoo. Snape Maltings is within a 15 minute drive which has a selection of musical events throughout the year and a wonderful shopping experience with cafes and pubs to enjoy a re-fuel at! Minsmere is close by which is perfect for any keen birdwatcher.
