All ground floor. Two bedrooms. 1 x Four poster double bed. 1 x Twin (limited space for cot - there will be no room if both twin beds are occupied). Bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. Kitchen. Open plan sitting room and dining area with wood burner and stone fireplace

Gas central heating with multi-fuel stove (Logs are available locally). Electric double oven, grill and glass ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, BT TV (use your own Netflix ID) and CD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own hot tub/beach and tea towels. Cot and highchair available (please bring your own cot linen). Off road parking for 2 cars. Small lawned area in front of cottage and patio to the rear with garden furniture and private hot tub (available all year round). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Coast 5 min walk. Electric Vehicles: This property does not have a charge point for electric vehicles and charging from within the property is prohibited.
