Ground floor WC. Kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee maker. Dining room with table and seating for 8 people. Sitting room with sofa’s, 55” smart TV, Wi-Fi coffee table and gas fire.

Enclosed rear patio with 30ft outdoor heated Swimming Pool, 4-Seater Hot Tub, Pizza Oven, Large Gas BBQ, Fire pit, shed/bar and outdoor seating. Travel Cot, Highchair and Children’s tableware available on request. 2 well-behaved pet's welcome and they need to be ok with cats as owner does leave Aslan their little cat behind, but she is very used to visitors and has a holiday feeder.
