Two well-behaved pet welcome, pets to be kept downstairs and off soft furnishings. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Beach towels and cot linen not provided. The outside steps are an attractive feature, but you are advised not to use them - you do so at your own risk. Sorry, no smoking.
