Perfect for families or friends, the property boasts stunning views of the surrounding mountains, the Bristol Channel and offers a fully enclosed garden for your four-legged friends, and is within reach of a wealth of attractions. On arrival, the private driveway has ample space for up to 3 cars, The garden has a laid lawn, picnic bench and fire pit for nights sitting out watching the stunning sunsets. Steps lead up to the inside of the timeless and traditional caravan, Its open plan living boasts plenty of space to sit and watch TV or simply unwind after a busy day on the sofa or at the dining table. A compact yet well equipped kitchen has all the amenities required - a gas oven and hob, small fridge with freezer box, microwave and air fryer provide versatility for self cooking. When it’s time to rest, a double bedroom, with Jack-and-Jill access to the shower room, and a twin bedroom provide you with a space to sleep and plenty of storage for your belongings. Located a minutes walk from Pontypool Golf Club - an ideal location for avid golfers, With over 20 other courses within a 30 minute drive, Grandads shack is an ideal base for a golfing retreat. If walking is your thing - step outside the door and within a few hundred metres you enter Lasgarn Woods. With stunning walks up to the White Stone with views over the Bristol Channel and into the Brecon Beacons, Alternatively climb up to the Folly and Shell Grotto or wander down into Pontypool Park and the American Gardens to admire the local history, The Brecon and Monmouthshire canal is a 12 minute drive away - easy walking along a well established canal path and cycle track, Travel deeper into the Brecon Beacons National Park - with Sugarloaf being 17 miles and Pen Y Fan 38 miles. Cwmcarn Forest boasts plenty of walking and mountain biking options 25 minutes away and Bike Park Wales less than 45 minutes by car, Alternatively there are plenty of off-road riding options directly from Grandads Shack.
