One Tree House

One Tree House is a light and airy detached stone-fronted cottage situated opposite Dinas Head in the village of Dinas Cross which lies between Newport and Fishguard. Just 100 yards from the Pembrokeshire coastal path it’s an excellent location for walking and is a five-minute walk to the beaches of Cwm-yr-Eglwys and Pwllgwaelod. The cottage has a contemporary open plan kitchen and living area which has two three seater sofas and a log burning fire and leads to a south facing, private patio with dining and seating. The kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, a range cooker with two ovens, and kitchenware suitable for preparing the most sophisticated meals if desired.A utility room has a washing machine, freezer and sink and is an ideal place to store walking boots, paddle boards or kayaks. For recreation there is a Smart TV offering many channels including Disney and Netflix and a games room equipped with a full size table tennis table. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; the two super king size rooms have their own TV’s and the third has a double bed and two bunk beds which means the house can accommodate six adults or four adults and four young children.
