Rear garden lawn and garden furniture, please take care and supervise children at all times in the multi-level rear garden. Ironing board, iron, clothes airer, highchair and selection of children's toys (age 0-3) available. Shop and pub 0.2 miles and beach 0.9 miles. There is roadside parking for 1 car and a further 1 off road parking space is available at the top of the garden. Gas central heating, power, bed linen and bath towels inc. in rent (woodburner logs available locally) (Please bring your own beach towels). Please Note: This property is single-storey but there is a step up into the kitchen. Please Note: The loft area is private and not for guests use due to the steep ladder to access it. Electric Vehicles: This property does not have a charge point for electric vehicles and charging from within the property is prohibited. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
