The Tithe Barn is a charming barn-conversion settled on the outskirts of South Molton in the Devon countryside. Seamlessly blended with countryside and contemporary décor with light and airy rooms and a woodburning stove, this holiday home is perfect for families and friends. This pet-friendly property offers ample off-road parking and slate steps leading down inside the property. The kitchen/diner features shaker-style cupboards and all the amenities you need to prepare heart-warming meals, which can be enjoyed together at the dining table. Walking through the property, the spacious sitting room offers three plush sofas and a Glass Sky TV to unwind after a day of exploring. On balmy evenings, French doors lead out to the lovely garden area; here you can savour a glass of wine on the corner suite as your pets stretch their legs. As the evening winds to a close, retire inside and locate the bathroom for a soothing soak in the tub or a rinse under the shower. The ground-floor hosts two bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x king size) whilst the first floor is home to a king-size with an en-suite and a twin bedroom with an en-suite. All bedrooms are presented in neutral tones and offer matching furniture to house your belongings. South Molton is a historic market town in the heart of Devon, surrounded by beautiful countryside. It's the perfect place to enjoy a traditional English countryside experience, and the town is home to Quince Honey Farm for a quaint lunch. Make the most of your close proximity to Exmoor National Park, where you can explore the vast moorland either on foot or bike and enjoy a picnic with a view. Rosemoor Gardens can be found at Great Torrington or visit the town of Ilfracombe known for its delightful harbour, which is an idyllic spot to take a stroll and enjoy the fresh sea air; history buffs can tour the ancient castle, Watermouth Castle.
