Upstairs are two coordinating bedrooms; one king-size double and one twin, with a stylish family bathroom serving the two. The local area boasts a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, along with beautiful buildings of historical interest. Enjoy the beaches of Somerset and Devon nearby, or take a trip to Taunton which offers a large choice of restaurants, shops and parks. Visit the vibrant town of Bridgewater, hosting the Blake Museum and Somerset Brick and Tile Museum, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Spend the day in the town of Yeovil, home to a variety of attractions, including Ninesprings Park, Yeovil Country Park, and Abbey Manor Park. Visitors can also enjoy shopping and dining in the town’s downtown area.
Further afield, the Mendip Hills are not to be missed whilst in the area, a notable landmark oozing natural beauty and glorious landscapes to be explored. Nearby are the towns of Cheddar and Glastonbury, also well worth a visit. Somerset is a fantastic area for cyclists and walkers. Bridgwater offers a hub of activity, all to be discovered from this charming holiday cottage.
