Attached to a beautiful Grade II listed farmhouse, Hazel Barn blends historic character with modern comforts. Among its many highlights is a private six-person hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Exmoor or the coast.

Inside, exposed beams and inviting spaces create a warm atmosphere. The large sitting room, complete with a woodburning stove, is ideal for cosy evenings together, while a smaller lounge offers a quiet retreat for reading or games.

The farmhouse-style kitchen boasts a striking refectory dining table, making it a great setting for family meals and special occasions.

With five bedrooms and three bathrooms arranged across two levels, the property works beautifully for families and groups.

The first floor (just five steps up) includes a king-size bedroom with en-suite, a double, and a family bathroom. A few steps higher, the second floor offers a double with en-suite, a twin, and a family bedroom with a four-poster king-size and single bed.

Outside, the garden features a patio with a private six-person hot tub and a lawned area.

Set in a wonderfully peaceful location with minimal light pollution, the property is ideal for stargazing within the Exmoor Dark Skies area. Uninterrupted valley views provide a stunning backdrop, making this a wonderful setting to unwind after exploring the coast or surrounding countryside — whether that’s returning from quiet winter walks along the beach, enjoying a glass of wine by the fire, or unwinding in the hot tub beneath clear, star-filled skies.
