Head into the Shropshire Hills AONB to Church Stretton, which is nestled between the Long Mynd and Caradoc Hills, renowned for scenic walks and an excellent golf course, as well as woodland trails that can be enjoyed at Rectory Wood. The historic towns of Bishop's Castle, Ludlow and Shrewsbury are all a short drive away, and offer magnificent castles, riverside walks, plus a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. The Walton is a superb place for a get-together or family holiday.
