Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, WiFi. Private front decking area with furniture and hot tub. Power and starter pack for the wood burner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Access is via a graveled country track. EV charging point- on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.8 miles, pub 0.9 miles, River Tay 0.1 miles. Please note commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked on site. Please note in bad winter weather that the access road is fairly steep and four salt/grit bins with shovels are provided on site by the roadside for use by guests in the event of snow. Please note: Barbecues are not allowed in the lodge or in the site due to fire risk. Access Road Update - Resurfacing work will begin on the bottom section of the access road from Monday, 17th November, there will be no noise disruption, as the work is located some distance from the lodges, cars will retain full access, though larger vehicles (e.g supermarket delivery vans) may experience limited access during this period
