For a quieter moment, head upstairs to the additional sitting room, furnished with two sofas and another Smart TV, providing an ideal spot for some downtime. The property boasts four well-presented bedrooms spread over two floors. On the first floor, you'll find a double bedroom served by a shower room. Ascend to the second floor to discover two further double bedrooms and a single room with a convenient truckle bed offering a serene sanctuary to rest after a day of exploration. Another sleek shower room is on the second floor, so there is no morning rush. Outside, the property benefits from a patio area to the front and side, perfect for taking in the views and watching the sunsets. The patio, complete with furniture, is a perfect spot for a morning coffee, or simply relaxing and soaking up the sun. Parking is available for two cars, one inside the garage space and one in front of the garage on the flagged area. Fuel and power included in rent. Logs and a starter pack are provided for one fire October-March. Further logs can be provided for an additional charge. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Hairdryer provided in each bedroom. Travel cot, high chair and stairgates can be provided - please contact the owners directly to request these. Off-road parking for two cars, additional parking on nearby roads (South Lane or Dunford Road). Patio area to front and side with views. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
