The bustliing, bohemian town of Hebden Bridge is a short distance away with its vibrant selection of restaurants, bars, bistros, markets, an independent cinema, art galleries, and the picturesque Rochdale Canal. A scenic car ride over the moors takes you to the splendid Parsonage Museum which commemorates the famous Bronte family. The area is a must for steam railway enthusiasts who will enjoy the thriving Worth Valley Railway. Skipton is also an easy and scenic car ride away.
