Be welcomed into a stylish open-plan living space, where a fitted kitchen rests at the front of the house complete with a good range of appliances including an electric oven with a gas hob and a slimline dishwasher. Step across the wood tiled floor, passing the rustic breakfast bar dining area, and relax on one of the sophisticated mustard yellow sofas, perfectly positioned around the woodburning stove and the Smart TV. The red brick of the fireplace and exposed beams on the ceiling add bags of character to this renovated terrace, and with views of the moorlands beyond out of the windows it makes a lovely space to wind down in. Head upstairs to find the two lovely bedrooms, each continuing the warm mustard colour scheme, consisting of a king-size bedroom and a single bedroom, all served by the neat shower room. Enjoy dining alfresco or sipping a morning coffee on the patio, with shared lockable storage with the neighbouring properties for bikes here too. A mecca for cyclists, the nearby village of Cragg Vale has some challenging rides but which are rewarded by captivating views at the top and the village of Luddenden is on the other side of the valley and is the location of Jerusalem Farm, a popular local nature reserve.
