The overall experience was enjoyable, with an excellent location and beautiful decor. However, issues included limited TV apps, poor kitchen equipment, disappointing towels, and a dirty external environment. There were also cleanliness concerns upon arrival. Some areas, like the bathroom and entrance, need improvement.
