From here there’s a door out to a large roof terrace leading on to a raised decked area with patio furniture. This is a fantastic place to sit and watch the sun set with uninterrupted views to the pasture and woods adjoining the garden. There are fantastic walks straight from the door and there’s a paddock for exercising your canine friend if they’re not already worn out from a good day’s walk. With something always going on in nearby Chatsworth, Bakewell, Matlock and Matlock Bath, this is a great base for exploring everything this beautiful part of the world has to offer.
