The property

Millward House is a large semi-detached cottage in one of the most breath-taking positions in the Peak District National Park. This striking property has been transformed to provide you and your loved ones with an outstanding self-catering experience, with the countryside of the Peaks just waiting to be explored. There is plenty of character to this holiday let, with a woodburning stove in the sitting area accompanied by cream sofas where you can relax after a day exploring, as well as holding plenty of games including a football table to enjoy on those rainy days. Across from this, the kitchen/diner boasts a light and airy feel with exposed beams, white and pastel green furnishings, as well as the bonus of a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Going up to the next floor, you will arrive at a spacious bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. All bedrooms have zip/link beds for added flexibility, with the first floor housing a king-size and two twin rooms, each with refreshing tones and soft furnishings. The master lies on the top floor and offers a king-size and single bed resting under the eaves, whilst across the landing is a beautifully presented and spacious bathroom, equipped with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. Outside of the cottage, a collection of trees and plants form a natural landscape, and you can observe all of this from the patio area. Nestled in the picturesque Peak District, the village of Longnor offers a delightful escape into rural tranquillity, with its charming stone cottages and winding streets, it captivates visitors with its old-world charm; you will find a shop for the essentials and a pub less than a mile away!
