The bedrooms are well equipped with solid wood furniture; one is located on the ground floor with a shower room and toilet next to it, a really useful feature for anyone not-too-happy with stairs. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor along with the family bathroom. The hallway provides a warm and useful space to hang your coats and park your boots, and immediately outside the back door is a patio with table and chairs where you can relax with a coffee before setting out on an adventure.You have direct access to owners’ fields and a public footpath leading to the woods with its many trails such as the High Peak Trail and Cromford Canal. There is a beautiful Nordic Cabin to relax with your family.There is secure storage for bikes in between missions. There’s a lot to explore, or simply sit and watch, without even leaving the boundaries of this lovely cottage. Venture just a little further and your holiday opens to a whole host of possibilities with the exciting Heights of Abraham, Matlock and Matlock Bath and the National Park itself to discover. This is a charming little cottage to return to at the end of each day’s discovery.
