Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, 1 x king-size room, 1x twin room, 1 x zip and link (set up as singles but can be made into king on request), all bedrooms have Smart TVs. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, WC. Cloakroom with WC and basin. Kitchen/diner. Utility. Sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. Snug with Smart TV, Wifi, Nintendo Wii, Board games, and Outdoor games.

Oil central heating, underfloor heating. Oil-fired Aga (switched on between October - March), electric oven, electric 2 ring hob, microwave, ninja air fryer, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and bath towels inc. in rent (hot tub towels not included, guests advised to bring their own). Off-road parking for 6 cars. EV charging to the front of the property. Enclosed private side and rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub, gas/coal barbecue, children's play area, football goal post. 2 well behaved dogs allowed (to be kept downstairs).
