The property

Set in Eaton, this pretty detached cottage in the north west of England, converted from a barn and set next to the owner's farmhouse. Being in the north west, this property is in a great countryside location, but not too far from the livelier cities like Chester and Liverpool, so would be perfect for a group of friends who want to relax in nature, but indulge in an exciting day trip. A warming woodburning fire is the first thing your eyes will be drawn to on entering the property and stepping into the open-plan living space, with a sitting area for you to cosy up in and dining area for four to sit around and maybe play a card game following a long day sight-seeing. With underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, you won't worry if you've forgotten to pack your slippers in those winter months because you'll still be toasty warm. Wander into the kitchen to find a stylish double oven with a sleek induction hob with a small breakfast bar for two for those early risers who like to make every minute of the day count! Head on up the oak staircase to find the bedrooms - a king-size and a twin - both containing storage and featuring charming sloping ceilings, followed by the bathroom, containing a shower, basin and WC.
