Then there are simply miles of sandy beaches to discover or you could catch a boat from here to Farne Islands where you can look out for birds and seals. Jump in the car and head out to attractions such as Alnwick Castle and Gardens, Dunstanburgh Castle, Northumberland Zoo, Hauxley Wildlife Discovery Centre and Hadrian’s Wall.
