On sunnier days, simply open the door and within a minute you will be on a beautiful Northumberland beach, so take the windbreak, dogs, children and a picnic and your day is sorted! To the north, the busy fishing village of Amble is easily accessible, with an array of pubs, restaurants and takeaways all serving good food and beverages. This beachside cottage is perfectly positioned for anyone wishing to visit the Heritage Coast and the surrounding area. Visit historic Warkworth Castle, just two miles away, take a leisurely drive to the coastal villages of Craster and Alnmouth, or explore popular Alnwick with its imposing castle.
