The bedrooms all offer a truly relaxing vibe with rustic features combining to create a calming vibe, making bed the perfect place to rest your weary heads after a hard day of holidaying. Choose from a double, a king-size (which can be twin on request) and a cool children’s bunk bedroom. If the sun is shining, then take morning coffee (or breakfast!) on the courtyard where there is patio furniture all set up ready for you to enjoy time alfresco and with some beautiful rural views, it is the ideal place to chill out and relax while planning your day’s activities. Bamburgh is within a short walk and has a good selection of shops and amenities as well as the castle which you can see from the house. Head off from here and carry on along the Heritage Coastline where you will find miles of sandy beaches, quaint fishing villages and breath-takingly beautiful castles. Other towns worth visiting in the region include Alnwick, Seahouses (just a few miles away) and you can even head to the border and visit the ever-popular town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Activities to look forward to in the area include golf, sailing (from Seahouses to the Farne Islands), birdwatching, hiking, cycle rides and horse-riding.
