Feel welcomed into the bright and airy open-plan living area hosting a high apex ceiling and exposed timbers. Warm and inviting, it incorporates a well-equipped kitchen, a family dining table, one curved sofas and two-seater sofa. Two sets of ladder stairs lead up to the double bedrooms, both with a mezzanine landing. Outside, you have a large lawned garden and bike storage, as well a shared court within the grounds. You are within easy reach of Robin Hood's Bay, Whitby and Scarborough. Walkers are spoilt for choice, with the Cleveland Way cliff top trail on the doorstep, taking in the spectacular cliffs and coastline of this very special area. The old railway line, known as the Cinder Track stretches for 23 miles and winds through the valley, offering scenic views for cyclists and horse riders as well as walkers. A lovely property for a relaxing family holiday, being just five minutes walk down to the beach.
