The ground floor bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet; ideal for cleaning up after taking a walk along the sandy beach. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, one containing king-size bed, one with a double bed and one with twin beds which can be put to a double upon request. One of the bedrooms has access to the conservatory via a set of double doors, perfect to watch the sunset or sunrise from your very own bedroom. There is a conservatory that has another dining table and chairs, another sofa and two arm chairs; again ideal for watching the sunset and sunrise or simply relaxing in. Upstairs has a twin room, adjoining another room which has a day bed; both offer magnificent views of the seafront through the rooftop windows. There is a second bathroom upstairs which is spacious; fitted with both a bath and separate shower, again with excellent views of the sea. One of the many attractions of the property can be found outside; a large garden features an array of seating areas, also a beautiful decking area to watch the world go by above the cliff-tops. The spacious enclosed area is perfect for both the children and the dog to play safely under the sunset.
