Set in a tranquil setting, this Stokesley cottage has wonderful views towards the Cleveland Hills. Note: This cottage is situated within the same courtyard as Ref 13981 and together they accommodate 8 people.

Delightful barn conversion within courtyard setting, in the hamlet of Potto, near Stokesley. Open plan living area, woodburning stove, countryside views. An ideal base for walkers and touring the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors. Stokesley 6.5 miles.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Family friendly with a travel cot and highchair on request.

TV with Freeview, Blu-ray, small selection of books, games and DVDs. Wi-fi, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shared walled garden with lawn, patio, furniture and BBQ. 8 acres of grounds available to guests. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. The vehicle approach to the property is via a long driveway next to horse paddocks. Guests can bring horses at extra cost by direct prior arrangement with owner. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.25 miles. Note: Electric car charging point available on site at an additional charge (please bring own cable). Contact the owner prior to arrival if you wish to use it.
