The property boasts two beautifully presented double bedrooms, both equipped with TVs for your entertainment through those morning lie-ins! One of these rooms benefits from an en-suite, providing a private space to freshen up each morning. Gamers can also enjoy either an Xbox S in the front room or PS4 in one of the bedrooms, with a small selection of games provided to keep you entertained. A separate bathroom, complete with a bath and shower over, ensures there is ample space for everyone to prepare for their day. Families will be charmed by the whimsy of The Forbidden Corner, a unique adventure garden filled with fascinating follies and enchanting attractions. A short drive away is the historic Richmond Castle, boasting over 900 years of history, where you can follow in the footsteps of royalty, admire the stunning views over the River Swale, and learn about this castle's intriguing past. Nature enthusiasts can encounter an array of fascinating wildlife at the Thorp Perrow Arboretum and Bird of Prey & Mammal Centre, boasting one of the largest collections of birds and mammals in the North of England. The Sanctuary is a charming, single-storey holiday lodge located in the Badgers Retreat Holiday Park near the village of Hipswell in North Yorkshire. Scotton 2.3 miles; Richmond 4.8 miles.

Single-storey. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with TV and PS4 game console, 1 x double with Smart TV and en-suite with walk-in shower and basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle. Smart TV, 2 x TVs, WiFi. PS4 in one bedroom with some games also provided.
