Guests are able to book snorkelling, archery and fencing lessons if desired, or for the less energetic there is the on-site beautician's, Italian coffee shop and restaurant. The local pub also serves food, whilst a short, pleasant walk brings you to a wonderful, long, sandy Blue Flag beach. The nearby town of Filey itself offers a good array of independent shops, fine promenades, and lovely ornamental gardens. Enjoy the historic harbour or try rock pooling on Filey Brigg. The Cleveland Way long distance cliff-top walk is ideal for walkers and the North Yorkshire Wolds National Cycle Route is popular with cyclists, both within a mile of this lovely property. Nearby, Bempton RSPB Reserve is well worth a visit whilst the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds and Flamborough Cliffs are essential viewing.
