This is a truly wonderous home that overlooks one of the best beaches in the country alongside the peaceful exclusiveness of wildlife and birdlife and it has a private panoramic view from both the living room area and upstairs beachside bedroom. Breathe in sea ozone freshness and take in majestic cliffs, wide expansive sandy beaches and ever changing cloud formation that create glorious and dramatic sunrise and sunsets, all a short stroll to the beach. The house is along the one single road that makes up the heart of a small community, this l930’s house has been renovated to a high specification with considerable thought given to creating a home that merges with the surrounding landscape. From the lobby door to the side or front door walk into a spacious utility, ideal for the overflow. Off the utility is a toilet, basin and wet room with underfloor heating, a walk in shower area with non slip flooring for the less able and handy for washing off sandy feet or dogs.
