The first floor is completed by the bathroom, home to a bath with an overhead shower for freshening up before or after the day's activities on the coast. Head upstairs to the second floor to find two bedrooms, the first boasting a double bed against the wall, and the second home to two single beds, ideal for an array of groups whether family or friends. Enjoy being within reach of all the local shops and pub, with some restaurants practically on your doorstep too, perfect when you want a lovely evening dining out! The Blue Flag beach is just a 15-minute walk away where you can expect to find a quaint Victorian promenade and towering folly, along with pretty gardens and a long sandy beach. Relax here on sunny days and take brisk, refreshing walks in the cooler months, or head inland to find Yorkshire's largest freshwater lake, Hornsea Mere, home to over 250 species of birds and offering plenty of opportunities for sailing and fishing. Walkers can look forward to adventuring along the coast, taking in the sights as you go, or travel further up north in the car or by bus to another popular resort town; Bridlington, boasting a picturesque harbour and more delights to discover. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Note: The double bed can only be accessed from one side. One well-behaved dog welcome. Please also note: Due to this being a character property, the ceilings are low and the stairs are quirky and narrow/steep and so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The property has an entrance then a staircase up to the kitchen bathroom and living room then another staircase to the bedrooms. The double bedroom has a window but the twin bedroom does not. Roadside parking is available over night or for one hour maximum during the day between 9am and 5pm-There is also free 24 hour road side parking available behind The Victoria Pub (not in the car park), just a 2 minute walk away. Within approx 15 miles Burton Constable Hall is a nearby Manor house with gardens and cafe. Hornsea Mere is within walking distance and has boat hire and birdwatching.
