Rose Cottage is a characterful, 200-year-old stone-built holiday home situated in the rural heart of East Ayton, North Yorkshire. With captivating castle views and just a short stroll from the local shop and pub, this pet-friendly haven is perfect for families or friends seeking a quaint national park escape. Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a lounge, then into the kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals to be enjoyed in the dining room, which easily seats all guests. The sitting room, complete with an open fire, provides a warm space to unwind after a day of exploring, perhaps with a favourite film or a good book. The sleeping arrangements consist of three lovely bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming double bedroom, complete with a downstairs shower room /wc for added convenience. Upstairs, a super king-size bedroom and a twin room (zip/link, can be kingsize on request) await, both offering a serene place to rest those sleepy heads and recharge for the next day's adventures. Completing the interior of this charming cottage is a family bathroom, featuring a bath with a shower over. Venture outside to the rear of the property where a fully enclosed multi-level garden awaits. Here, you can enjoy a morning coffee on the patio or spend a lazy afternoon on the lawn, soaking up the calm surroundings of this rural retreat.
