Within walking distance, you'll arrive at an array of village amenities, including The Whitby Crab, Cod & Lobster, and The Endeavour as dine-out options, along with a convenience store. On your travels you'll also fine Kettleness beach, perfect for lounging upon on sunny days, Captain Cook & Staithes Heritage Centre, showcasing a diverse collection of artefacts and memorabilia, and Mulgrave Castle, and its ancient ruins, ideal for touring if you’re interested in history or architecture. Heading to the bustling town of Whitby, embark on a hike across the Cinder Track, climb the 199 Steps, offering panoramic views across Whitby coastline, or head to Whitby Abbey, a grand landmark, attracting visitors for over 1,500 years.
