Perfect for families or friends, this charming retreat offers a welcoming base to explore the nearby sandy beaches and vibrant local attractions, ensuring a memorable seaside escape for all. Upon entering the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped to cater to your culinary needs throughout your stay with the added comfort of a TV and woodburning stove to set a warm atmosphere. Adjacent to this, you'll find a grand dining room, boasting seating for up to 16 people, perfect for hosting memorable meals with your loved ones. This is accessed through the side door (key for door and games room will be left in the side door for you) into the small yard, and through the glazed garage doors. Please note: There is an 9pm curfew at this property after which time all guests must stop using the hot tub and strictly observe the hours of rest and not cause any form of disturbance to neighbours, Guests found to be in breach of these rules will be asked to leave the property with no refund given. You will be asked to confirm the number of guests staying at the property when you book, There are 4 parking permits. They are electronic and will need to contact the owners a week before your stay to arrange the permits When there is evidence of a potential over-occupancy and it is subsequently verified by the owner, this will result in all occupants being asked to leave the property, as this impacts the owner’s insurance as well as being a breach of the rental agreement. Guests are kindly reminded - in line with the rental agreement - that at the end of the holiday the property must be left in the same or similar state of order and cleanliness in which it was found.
