Field View is a charming Grade-II-listed, three-storey house situated in the heart of Ruswarp, North Yorkshire. With off-road parking for one car and welcoming two well-behaved dogs, this family-friendly retreat offers a delightful base for families or friends seeking to explore the picturesque surroundings together. Outside, you can enjoy the large enclosed walled garden, complete with a lawn, summerhouse and patio area, perfect for enjoying a spot of alfresco dining or simply soaking up the sun. Spectacular walking trails into the North Yorkshire Moors or onto the coastal walking paths start from the house. Directly opposite is a footpath that leads through open fields and woodland to Whitby town centre or explore The Cinder Track by foot or bike with views of the Larpool Viaduct and Moors. Soak in spectacular views over the town and the harbour from the beautiful ruins of Whitby Abbey, reached by tackling the celebrated 199 steps, making for a memorable and quintessentially Whitby experience. For a thrilling, spook-filled afternoon, visit the Dracula Experience Ltd or delve into sea-faring history at the Captain Cook Memorial Museum. Discover the hidden gem that is Whitby Museum, packed full of fascinating artefacts and local history. Finish your day enjoying the unique shops and sights with Whitby’s famous fish and chips at one of the town’s many friendly restaurants. The beautiful beaches of Sandsend are a quick drive away, and in the other direction, explore Robin Hood's Bay and Beach with the National Trust's Old Coastguard Station or amble around the charming Robin Hood's Bay Museum.
