The property
Denbigh 4 miles. The perfect balance of old and new, this wonderfully converted barn is situated on a working small holding in the village of Groes in Denbighshire. This stone-built property was originally used as a cow shed, it is now a light and airy space offering modern accommodation ideal for couples or a family looking to explore the North Wales countryside from a luxurious setting. Enter the property into the open-plan living space. This contemporary room has a definite wow factor thanks to its high ceilings, exposed 'A' frame beams and high-quality fixtures and fittings. The full appointed kitchen has the added bonus of a breakfast bar, allowing cooking dinner to be a much more social event. Despite the spacious feel of the room, the sitting area still has a cosy feel with comfortable sofas and a contemporary wood burning stove to one side. Down the corridor is the master bedroom, a neutral yet elegant affair, with a double bed and en suite shower room featuring a luxurious walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. On this floor there is also a modern family bathroom and a utility room with space to leave muddy boots and coats. Upstairs is a mezzanine floor with a further beautifully decorated double bedroom, overlooking the living space below. It has 'A' frame French doors that lead out on to a private balcony boasting views over the rolling Denbighshire hills. Nearby is the town of Denbigh that offers a number of attractions including a 13th century castle and numerous little shops, cafes and pubs. The property is close to the A55, which means that destinations such as Llandudno, Anglesey, Chester and the Snowdonia National Park are all within easy access. Llyn Brenig is 9 miles from the property which includes a beautiful lake where you can walk or cycle around as well as a cafe which looks out over the lake. Tyddyn Isa is the perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful and serene getaway in the Welsh countryside.
