With lovely views to the front, there’s an open fire in the sitting room, where you can settle after a busy day exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside. The well-equipped kitchen feels airy and bright with its vaulted ceiling and sociable dining area, whilst the snug sitting area with warming woodburning stove is neatly tucked in the corner; with two USB sockets included to charge your devices this is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine after your evening meal. Three cosy bedrooms, one on the second floor, and a contemporary family bathroom complete this delightful cottage. Outside is an enclosed paved patio area to the front, which enjoys a sunny aspect, and to the rear is a large elevated garden with furniture, a great space in which to sit and take in the views of the surrounding countryside. Wonderful sun deck in the garden with views over the mountain and views of the steam train which runs at the back of the property. With plenty of pretty walks leading towards waterfalls and along the shores of the local lakes, plus an abundance of cycle paths and mountain bike tracks all available from the doorstep, there are lots of lovely things to enjoy nearby. The Ffestiniog Steam Railway is also a stone’s throw away and the longest 4-man zip wire in Europe at Zip World, with the Bounce Below underground trampoline are also close by, along with the magnificent slate caverns at Llechwedd, meaning there’s something for everyone to be enjoyed. Take a day trip to the scenic coast of North Wales, which is also easily accessible from this delightful cottage, a great base for exploring both coast and country at any time of the year.
