Whether you are a keen or fair-weather walker, you can enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery and take pleasure in stopping at cafés and pubs for refreshments, including the Ty Coch, voted one of the best beach bars in the world. Golfers can head to the Nefyn & District Golf Club to enjoy this course on the coast, or head to the port town of Pwllheli for a day of watersports and tucking into fish and chips on the harbour. Within reach of the Snowdonia National Park and Criccieth too, Afallon makes a wonderful base from which to enjoy North Wales.

Another incredible feature is an enchanting secluded Beach Hut within walking distance for guests use at an extra charge. The beach hut is located on the cliff side above the beach with breath-taking views of Nefyn Bay and surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna in the attractive garden created by the owner. Public parking is available close by but can get busy during peak periods. The beach hut is well equipped with everything for a fun family day on the beach including buckets, spades, deck chairs, space to prepare picnics and a camping stove for making cups of tea!
