The master family bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed and two 2’6” single beds and also boasts a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room and an en-suite shower room, whilst the one on the ground floor has shared access to a large family bathroom with large separate shower. There's also a first floor double bedroom with en-suite and wooden cot, a ground floor twin bedroom and a ground floor shower room next to the utility. The main sitting room has a cosy woodburning stove for those chillier evenings and on warmer summer days and lighter nights, why not open up the patio doors and step onto the rear patio area and garden with extensive views? The second sitting room is an ideal place for children to play games or watch TV on rainy afternoons, or you may wish to use this room to plan trips for the following day. Completing the accommodation is a large farmhouse-style, well-equipped kitchen with a good-sized dining area. This delightful cottage is perfectly located for fishing at Llyn Alaw Lake, whilst Cemaes Bay is five miles away and boasts a picturesque harbour and sandy beach, perfect for safe bathing and family fun. Also available on the island are watersports, fishing, golf, birdwatching and wonderful coastal walks. Alternatively, take a day trip to the Snowdonia National Park or visit the spectacular Llyn Peninsula.
