A separate utility room on the ground floor complete with a freezer and washing machine, offers added convenience for your stay.

The living/dining space provides a relaxing setting, featuring a Smart TV and DVD player for entertainment, although the main attraction is the panoramic window overlooking the garden and Welsh Highland train line. Trains pass occasional between 10am and 6pm. Although centrally heated there is a wood burner effect electric fire to bring extra warmth and atmosphere on cooler evenings.

The large private balcony is a delightful spot to start your day with a coffee or unwind in the evening with a drink, all while soaking up the peaceful surroundings behind the oldest building in Porthmadog.

When it's time to retire for the night, choose from two inviting bedrooms; a double and a twin, both offering a tranquil space to rest after a day of adventures.

The bathroom is fitted with a bath and an overhead shower, providing a sleek space to freshen up each morning!

After a day full of adventure, either walking the mountains of Snowdonia or the beaches at Borth y a Gest and Black Rock Sands return to your relaxing haven at Treetops Flat, settling in for the evening with your favourite drink in hand, positively toasting to the convenience and charm of your Welsh getaway.

By the way- Treetops can be combined with Garden Flat (ref. 1171489) as a pairing of holiday apartments with an interconnecting internal door for larger gatherings of friends and family. Located in the lovely harbour town of Porthmadog in Gwynedd.

The listed building was the first one in Porthmadog, being the surveyor’s offices whilst construction of the causeway that made Porthmadog was being built.

The Garden flat has an extendable table suitable for 9 and comfy seating for 7.

Both of these flats have ample parking, space for your four-legged companions, private outdoor enclosed spaces as well as being set near local amenities and the sandy beach!

Venture out and explore the North Wales coast, starting with the unique village of Portmeirion where Italianate architecture meets sub-tropical gardens beside an estuary. Immerse yourself in local history at the Maritime Museum, boasting an extensive collection of interesting exhibits. Borth-y-Gest Beach, with its golden sands and hidden coves, is an idyllic spot for a picnic, whilst the Gwaith Powdwr North Wales Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve is a haven for birdwatchers (eg nightjars), and nature enthusiasts. First-floor apartment, although new to us is a well established holiday home with many returning guests. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Living/dining room with electric fire and views of steam train.
