The property

Penmaenmawr 0.5 miles. A delightful mid-terraced cottage, located in the elevated hamlet of Dwygyfylchi, overlooking the golf course of Penmaenmawr, just half a mile from Penmaenmawr town and 10 minutes’ walk from Capelulo village, in the lovely North Wales countryside. The sitting room is bright and airy, with superb views across the golf course and down to the coast and Irish Sea, whilst two flights of stairs lead up to the first and second floors. Here you will find three first floor bedrooms and a bathroom, and a further twin bedroom on the second floor. To the rear of this pretty cottage is a patio area providing a peaceful retreat to sit and relax whilst enjoying the beautiful views, perhaps planning an exciting adventure for the following day. There is much to do in the area, with nearby Capelulo waterfalls well worth a visit, where you may be able to see wild Welsh mountain ponies roaming, enjoy the delights of Conwy and its medieval castle and craft and souvenir shops, or visit the newly opened Surf Snowdonia just ten miles away.
