Betws-y-Coed 5.5 miles. This detached cottage rests in a quiet location on a 125-acre hill farm, five and half miles from the popular resort of Betws-y-Coed. Surrounded by countryside, Orsedd Wen Farmhouse offers a base for families and friends looking to explore Wales. Enter into the spacious kitchen which is equipped with a range cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, quartz worktops along with a dining table with seating for up to six people. Use the patio doors which lead to the patio area and amazing views of the Eryri (Snowdonia) mountain range. The sitting room has many original features such as the exposed beams and inglenook fireplace with woodburner, whilst the games room houses a pool table, sound system and TV. The downstairs bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC. The little snug, a great place to sit and enjoy the view, leads to the utility room. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite shower which is accessed through one of twin rooms and additional twin, all providing views of the countryside and farmland. Llanrwst sits just 4.5 miles away to the North of the property, and has some great things to see and do, like take a walk around Gwydir Castle and grounds or visit Grey Mare's Tail Waterfall along walkways through the woodland or for the keen art enthusiast visit Ffin y Parc Gallery which has become one of the most popular art galleries in Wales.
