On the first floor you will find an inviting second double bedroom with balcony and a flexible twin room, which can be converted into a super-king-size on request, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for all. The property also boasts a sleek shower room with shower, wash hand basin and WC on the ground floor with an additional handy cloakroom situated on the first floor with WC and hand basin. The heart of the home is the kitchen/diner, where you can prepare delicious meals using the array of appliances at your disposal, before gathering at the dining table to enjoy your culinary creations. The sitting room, complete with a Smart TV, provides the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the local area.
