Crack out your chilled treats from the fridge/freezer to enjoy with the sunset from your balcony, then freshen up in the shower room to wind down before bed. There is a king-size and a double on offer to rest your head for the night. In the morning, stretch your legs with a walk to the beach, which your four-legged friend will find irresistible.
Bacton Beach offers the perfect setting for a relaxing day out. Wander along the sandy shore, treat yourself to an ice cream, and watch as your children build sandcastles or your dog splashes happily in the sea. No trip to the coast is complete without a walk along a pier, so head to Cromer Pier, with sweeping views of the coastline. Be sure to check for any performances at the Pavilion Theatre, located right at the end of the pier. Boa Vista provides an ideal base for families visiting North Norfolk, within easy reach of the “Broads Capital” of Wroxham, where you can hire a boat for the day, or take a trip on the miniature steam trains of the Bure Valley Railway, that run to Aylsham and back. Model enthusiasts will love to browse the station shop. Close by, you will find Wroxham Barns, with a children’s farm, rides and souvenir shops. For a fun-filled family day out, visit BeWILDerwood Norfolk, zip across the forest, work your way through the maze, and scramble across the jungle bridges to explore the treehouses. For nature lovers, there are many beautiful walks, including in Bacton Woods. A half-hour drive will take you to Horsey Gap, where you can observe the seal colony.
