Summary

The location is praised for its beauty and proximity to the beach. The house offers good facilities but is described as tired and in need of maintenance. Issues include overstocking of personal items, stiff patio doors, and cleanliness concerns like stained furniture. Overall, mixed feedback on condition but positive on comfort and equipment.
